A Blanc de Blanc out of the box. Produced by steel vinification of 100% Pinot Blanc grapes grown on the sunny hills of Lasino. A classic method that simultaneously wants to be the maximum expression of the spumantistiche potential of the Valle dei Laghi and enhance this rare variety so little used. The nose is reminiscent of white flowers, lily of the valley, jasmine and magnolia. In the mouth, even having a minimal residual sugar is soft, elegant and extremely persistent.
