Earth, rocks, wind.
Our winery is completely excavated underground and rises into sight, completely surrounded by calcareous rocks and exposed to the sun and the wind that warms our entire valley.
Seated at the foot of Castel Madruzzo, our winery is intended to be a new and simple symbol of the hardworking peasant culture, a symbol of our territory, to sanctify the identity of our community but above all of our philosophy of producing wines.
This is derived from dedication and spontaneity.
Every phase of the process of transforming grapes into wine at Pravis respects a natural idea of winemaking. We use the least technology possible: our grapes, once pressed, flow with gravity into fermentation tanks, then into barrels, then finally into containers for pre-bottling with patience and we allow the natural elements of the wine to aid our intuition in the winery.
